Westmoreland Neighborhood Association is making starting a new process for improvements to the grounds of Westmoreland. These funds are available to neighborhood members of the association who have ideas for landscaping of the common areas, and have paid their dues. Below you will find the application form which must be submitted to the WMA Board for approval and coordination with other projects and the City of Toledo. You may print, complete form, and email to president@historicwestmoreland.com or give copy to any Board member retaining a copy for yourself. Funds are available for material and supplies only.
