Association Dues and Deed Restrictions

Westmoreland residents receive dues notices for the calendar year January – March. Dues are $50/house per year. Your dues allow the board to help maintain the integrity of the neighborhood: Flower beds are planted and tended, historic banners purchased/repaired, and some maintenance overseen – all enhancing the beauty of our neighborhood. Social gatherings are funded to encourage community involvement and interaction. Insurance is needed to allow the board to function and host events both in Westmoreland and off site, and our dues cover mailings, our website and meeting expenses.

The deed restrictions (available here)  signed when purchasing a home in Westmoreland requires the homeowner to pay annual dues. These are not elective. When selling your home unpaid dues are considered a lien against the seller.
